Commissions || Artwork TOS

- Any artwork from me are for personal use only. They are not for commercial use. Do not redistribute them for profit. [This includes merchandising, advertising/branding, NFTs / blockchains ]- If you are posting my artwork on other sites, ensure it is properly credited.- Full payment upfront via Paypal, currency in USD. You can also pay through Ko-Fi.- I have the right to decline any orders.- I also have the right to cancel a commission if payment has not been made in a timely manner.- No refunds unless I am unable to complete the commission.- I retain rights over the commissioned work and am hence allowed to post it at my own discretion, but you are free to request to keep it private.- Provide clear references for the character(s) you want drawn. If the piece requires additional objects, please provide references for said object.- I typically don't send WIPs, so if you want to be updated of my progress let me know!- Please allow 1 month for the completion of your piece, potentially 2 if it is a heavier-load commission [e.g. full background].- Any other queries, you can reach out to me!

Adoptables || Customs TOS

- Before bidding on a design from me, please ensure you have the means to pay as I will not hold them.- Be absolutely sure you want to purchase a design or a custom from me before placing a bid or buying.- I do not do refunds. You can trade, gift and/or resell designs after purchase, but if you're going to resell, do not sell them for more than what you've paid for unless you have gotten extra art pieces for them.- I accept payment plans within a 4 week maximum timeframe FOR ADOPABLES [Payment upfront for customs]. Ownership of a character will not be transferred until the amount is fully paid for. Please indicate in the bid, or DM me the details of your plan beforehand. The product will not be delivered until the amount is paid. Please refrain from purchasing from me until the transaction is complete.- If commissioning me a custom design, I will send sketches and WIPs in which you can make necessary requests or changes 1 or 2 times.- When asking for edits, please be clear with your instructions. References for what you are looking for is greatly appreciated, especially for any major changes.- If you charge me back after purchase, I have the right to resell the design to new potential buyers. Your username will also be blacklisted.

- Just to be transparent about things, I likely won't be opening commissions too often. I worry about losing motivation half way though, or being unable to deliver a good enough product. Prices will also be tentative as I try to figure things out.
